REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At STONIVOR we want you to be completely 
satisfied with your purchase. If you are 
not happy we are here to help.

RETURNS
You have 7 days from the date of delivery 
to request a return.

To be eligible for a return items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags still attached
• In original packaging

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Return eligibility on sale or discounted 
items is assessed case by case. Please 
contact us at team@stonivor.com and we 
will advise you on your specific situation.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at team@stonivor.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the item

We will respond within 24–48 business 
hours with full return instructions 
including whether return shipping is 
covered in your case.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are assessed case 
by case depending on the situation. We 
will confirm who covers return shipping 
when you contact us. For damaged or 
incorrect items STONIVOR always covers 
all costs in full.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned 
item we will process your refund within 
5–7 business days.

You can choose between:
• Full refund to your original payment method
• Exchange for another item

Original shipping costs are fully refunded 
on all eligible returns.

You will be notified by email once your 
refund or exchange has been processed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item 
contact us immediately at team@stonivor.com 
with your order number and photos of the 
item. STONIVOR will cover all costs to 
resolve the issue in full including return 
shipping and replacement or full refund.
